it may be worth the wait - I mean it better be after two years of saying it will be - but you can't tell that from these demos. And that wasn't the point - I think it's better to put up or shut up and why take people's money when you haven't actually got the product, a confirmed delivery date or know whether it even meets quality control?

Well, one reason for ordering for me WAS exactly that offer. I would be more than pissed if I miss it again (I registered one product two days before I was informed about the offer 
).
I would suggest that those who have preordered (and paid!) should be able to enter the free-effect-offer when they register their product even after the offer expired. Everything else would be very disappointing.

SampleTron is not on the eligibilly-list on the IK-Multimedia site ... so, i suppose ... no luck. Moreover shipping to Canarias needs a lot of time ... sniff.

Darem, as pointed out above, it is not on the list. However, if I were you, I would politely explain the situation and ask for a special qualification. Success perhaps not likely, but why not try. At least you will get a kind "no", they have a very nice customer support.

I mailed them politely after I saw their offer beginning two days after I registered my version of SampleMoog.
They didn't even bother to reply.
I have to add I bought Miroslav (big version), Sampletank XL and SampleMoog from them, never even using a crossgrade offer. This was a very disappointing experience for sure...

Ask again, now explaining that you accidentally bought all these full price, too (and blame yourself, not them). And mention the SampleMoog thing also. They have always answered to me, 9 out of 10 times to the first message, so I cannot see why they wouldn't bother this time.

Well, my opinion is based on using and solving problems with those products I have, not one incident. Perhaps we should also keep in mind that it was eSoundz who started the SampleTron pre-order in February; on the IK site SampleTron has not been sold until this month, I think.monday wrote: ?!?!
where is it (the sampletron or the support) then?
If you mean that IK should answer here, obviously they will not, this is not an IK forum.
BTW, there is now a demo with nine sounds to download.

You're welcome. Sounds very nice as I thought it would. No presets in the demo, though. I hope they will be more than nice!
