I imagine that if the gnomes Terrence McKenna talked about lived in your beard, the first track is the kind of music that would emanate from it. I really dug the string like undertones that emerged from the beginning of the second track.

They both gave me a warm fuzzy, "irish whiskey in the morning" feeling inside :) Which is nice because I like that feeling but I don't drink.

ok to be honest, underwaterbug is GREAT! <grin>, Maybe, for my taste at least, it misses just a little reverb tweaking to "move" the space


BTW why your website is so hard to read? Your desire?

Beauty is in the eye... ok, I like this a lot. I love those frozen sounds surrounded by shimmers, sounds like trippin hurdy gurdy, steel drums and mandolin - this Reaktor business?

Underwaterbug... nice humming machinery stuff, soothing in my current state... sounded like a beard trimmer at the end, unless the gnomes are revolting (door officially opening for a joke there).

i almost lied and stated no reaktor was used in either piece, that would be a lie as both use flatblaster for a final master :)
other than that though no reaktor was used in the se pieces :o shocker for me i know :hihi:
the sounds are all actually from a nintendo ds using the various "breeds" of plankton from electroplankton. the output of the DS went into a dd400(behringer delay pedal) and i recorded 7 or 8 layers of various different breeds, chopped and layered it and arranged it a little, then thats what you hear :)

this one was one instance of the nintendo ds using the circle plankton, into my bugcrusher :love: with a small helping of weevil for support, again mastered/maximisied through flatblaster and here it is :)

im waiting on some midi software for the ds, until all that is sorted i imagine i will get some more fun out of electroplankton, i can indeed see a reaktor chain i could have fun with :o :evil:

and nope, no beard trimmer here, perish the thought :o

'dsweevil' is that deliously itchy and scartchy music my kids hate :D

they bug me,I bug them



'dslay' I like for the way it builds with parts weaving in and out of each other,the whole becoming so dense
