I have some experience in recording brass & winds,

Cheers Chris, you are being WAY too modest here... everybody knows you have more than some experience.

I'm the same one who started the (nth) thread about brass VSTis... just looking at the various options. It's good to know you do custom work too.

for the sake of absolute narcissism, i'd love to hear a band have a go at (some) of my #s..

this tune had bugged me for years. i always thought it was a standard, apparently it only exists in my imagination.

(this is a horrible rendering for the sake of 'do you know this one??,' i couldn't record it properly without spending months on it, so this is a 10 minute step sequenced job..)

to me, one haunting melody.
you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

i dont have a website, im pretty primitive that way.

i sense chris is all over this, i'd probably take longer to get to doin it. theres a local studio sendin me stuff and im behind on that already. plus its weird im getting a medium-like thing that chris is supposed to be famous in the future.

i have a demo on the wallanderinstruments.com home page, but of course thats not real trumpet its a yamaha wx5 playing WIVI.

ill try and give myself a reminder to upload to yousendit a version of imogen heaps "hide and seek" i transcribed and recorded for brass with trumpet sax and wx5/vl70m for the low brass

I like primitive :D no reason to do it any other way if you get gigs anyway

Would love to hear you play though.

Chris is already famous I think...

oh by the way xoxos, the closest thing i could think of to your tune was the standard "blue moon", but not an exact match.
