I've downloaded and installed the 1073 eq.
But it doesn't show up on my eq programs.

Maybe it's necessary to restart my host? (Ableton)

If you're talking about the Clean1073 from Free Retro Presets download, it will only work for Nebula2 or 3 Commercial. There should be 3 presets if using NebulaFree: HmidFree, HLowFree, and Free1176, under CAT "RAE" and "RAC".

you need nebula2 1.3.071 or later!

if you never installed 1.3.048b, you need it. That version will overwrite your personal key, I suggest to backup it (we are speaking about INIT.N2P and INIT.N2V files located in your nebulatemprepository).

After the setup 1.3.048 you'll be able to install upgrades easily, they will not overwrite your licence key (and other settings) any more.

...if only i could use this on every channel on my pentium 4... well, there is always track freeze... hmmmm.

but you could buy a quadracore for a fraction of the price of the original hardware!!!! when you buy it, please choose nvidia, nebula will be even faster!

Yes, yes, yes i'm saving for a quad-core.
When i buy a computer, it has to last 4 or 5 years. This one is almost 5 years now. Time to go!

So that cuda thing only works with nvidia? I have no problem with that.

Ah, these are Velinas' awesome eq's and pre's. If you dl'd all of them, they should install into your Nebulatemprepository folder, and when you load Neb2 you should see a series of BAE presets under the EQU category, and in PRE you should see a series of BAE's as well. They may be on page 2 of your presets in those categories if you have a lot stored there.
Hope this helps- they are awesome awesome presets and Velinas worked extremely hard to get them dead-on accurate.
