FWIW, I have only tweaked internal EQ for some presets.

The only external plug used is the master limiter.

BTW, i find it rather odd that nobody of us has asked which factors will be considered in choosing the winners. It could have helped us in doing the submissions (showcase of presets? innovation of music? quality of sound?).

Anyway, I don't think it's relevant now, for me at least; I just found strange that nobody cared to ask...

I just saw in a frightened mood that on the first page in this thread is told that the submitted file for this contest has to be an mp3.
My submission was an ogg file.
So here's my final contest entry again, this time in mp3 format: http://download.yousendit.com/AADAD13A27A515BB

stay tuned

Howdy

here's another entry. More like soundtrack, I guess. Or elevator music :D

Perhaps the beat is a little straight.

http://vimcortez.free.fr/tracks/last%20 ... d%20MS.mp3

11 instances of Zebra.

A little EQ and reverb tweaking here and there.

I must add that I "mastered" it with Ozone, so if a "drier" version is required to be more in accordance with the rules, I can use a plain ol' limiter like classic limiter.

Ozone is a monster with a ton modules. I'd say it depends on whether you used a preset with EQ, multiband limiting etc. active or only limiting/dither... Michael has last word of course.

Dry please ;) Ozone is a great piece of machinery and can do miracles to your tracks. Although it sound great we have to stay within the same sphere all of us or it wouldnt be fair.

Another thing, when you use Ozone keep an eye on the very highs or it will come out metalic. I would ease down the highs on all high freq patches to compensate for the overall boost to high frequency.

okayyyy

here it is then, only Kjaerhus Classic Limiter on the master:

I also did some tweaking on the drums track, make it less linear.

That's me done, I guess.

Sorry Guys,

I got confused with the time. I live in San Francisco, I thought I have another 12 hours. I hope this is ok.
