Well I don't think you'd be sorry getting Hendrix - the fuzz stomps are great and the amp models are incredible IMO. I'm not a huge fan of T-Racks so I'll probably have all but that as far as IK plugs are concerned. The Ampeg sim is great. I am a crappy bass player but at least it makes the sound (not the playing) good!
If you are careful and patient you can get it to work well on some looped bass sounds or sampled bass sounds though processing on top of processing is always a crapshoot.-

I just picked up T-Racks as my free effect, and I just got a discounted copy of CSR.
I don't "need" samplemoog crossgrade (for example), but I might as well buy that and get Ampeg free, as buy Ampeg crossgrade outright. I haven't looked at prices yet, but it may even be cheaper to get SampleMoog.
