I guess i am kind of dense .... does this work with pre made loops I am trying it in FLStudio and I believe I just do not understand the principle of the plug. Please point me in the right direction as I think I might actually donate (I never buy plugs) if I can get this one to work..

Sorry but your plug does not work. It does not even appear in the vst list of cubase...

Thats not good news...
hm, the plugin has been tested by the smex betagroup
in quite a few hosts, but probably not cubase...

i see what i can do about this...
dont have cubase installed right now though..

not sure i understand you right...but..
no, it does not work with pre-made loops, its
an fx-plugin, not an instrument.
it works similar to a simple delay, but you
can playback the delay buffer in various ways,
rearrange the 'playback-order',pitch ,etc...

Splonki is an FX not an instrument.

You put Splonki into an FX slot.

Route your channels to be effected to that FX slot & off ya go!
