FR theme: Sequencer Workflow & Controls

when zooming in the sequencer window it doesn't zoom to song position.?
also someone said use mouse wheel to zoom,but it's not working for me.
anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

zooming with mouse zooms to mouse position,

the next update will zoom to play head position when auto scroll is enabled

i don't get what mouse position is?

its the position of the mouse pointer,

so mouse over the part of the clip you want to zoom in on & scroll+Ctrl

very quick when you get used to it

'scroll+ctrl' ,as in '+ or wheel+ctrl'?
cos neither's working properly for me. 'ctrl and +' does move a little,but not where i'm pointing.and my wheel isn't working.do i have to set that somewhere?
the + and - work for zoom,but not where i what it to go.

open a new project, put the courser on the line that comes down from the number 6 (not on the number but on the line that runs down the sequencer,

hold down the Ctrl key then scroll the mouse wheel up & down, it should, zoom in & out on the number of the line your holding the mouse courser over,

dose this work for you?

PS you have to make sure the sequencer has focus for this to work, so click on the line before you Ctrl + Scroll

after the next update i might use keyboard shortcuts from time to time

yes! this works.
but on my project there was long audio parts,not an empty background.
so i'll go back in and try again.
