for me:
Fabfilter Timeless (awesome presets for great echo/delay fx)
Waves L1 (by far the best compressor/limiter to me)
Waves S1 Imager (love widening percussion with this guy)
BBE Sonic Maximizer (add that sparkle to polish off a track)
Spin Audio 3d delays (always use it on some kinda percussion)
overloud breverb (my go to reverb plug)

Camelaudio Camelcrusher is my essential effect, but i'd pretty unhappy without DFX Buffer Override or Dblue Glitch although i'd survive. As far as instruments go ZebraCM gets a lot of use.

i use antress "modern vdme" compressor (the dbx 160 clone) on all my snares
and bassdrums .it gives me the the best results !apart from a real dbx 160!
the "punch" is the thing i would not like to miss on a island.may be, i need
to impress some cannibals there anyway, by hard hitting!!!

Logic's Tape Delay
- I haven't done a track in many years that does not include those two plug-ins

CSR
- I just got it, but it has already become my go-to reverb.
