Hey,
Im trying to buy Toxic Biohazard with ouroboros sig discount and everytime i make the payment i get a massage "This transaction has been declined...."
I called visa and they say i have enough left to my limit and that they dont see that i tried making any transaction in those past 2 days.

Do you have a PayPal account? If so, could you try using that to pay?

I have and tried, but it always telling me that i exceeded my sending limit. again, i talked with visa and i have enough for this transaction so im guessing its some limit by paypal.

I think your best option at this point would be to pay by "bank wire transfer".
