Buying Sampletron does not qualify me for the deal

of getting a free effect from IK Multimedia. Bummer. Sampletron's shipment was delayed too and I can see that this gave some other people here anxiety as well. So I am curious as to how IK Multimedia has rationalized that we don't qualify for this deal

Possibly because when they launched the plug & mix deal back in Feb, they stated it only applied to products shipping then, and also listed those products ?
They've extended the end period of the promotion, but I can't remember it being stated anywhere that Sampletron would be 'added' in.
