they are the various settings of the u-biquadx - peak, low pass, low/high shelf, etc... allows the pedal to have more flexibility, which is what i try and provide, a flxibility to go from nice and usefull - to yuo bastard blew my speakers!!

this one i believe the settings are labeled, or at least you can check out the filter without distortion, so see how it affects the signal - i suggest a saw wave and a scope - good luck smashing and trashing!!
