Psy-T had a 400 minute acid mix online. Near the start there's a sequence of tracks that just rip me apart (from his timesheet):

12:14 - 4 - Hugg & Pepp - Pellefent (2005 Dahlback Records)
15:57 - 5 - Alex Smoke - Telemtry (2005 Soma Quality Recordings)
20:14 - 6 - Marco Passarani - Clair (2004 Peacefrog)
23:57 - 7 - Moby - Mulholland (2005 Mute Records)
27:46 - 8 - Plastikman - I Don't Know (2004 M-nus)
31:07 - 9 - Choice - Acid Eiffel (1993 Fragile Records)

Actually, listening to Acid Eiffel really loud in the dark usually makes me friggen cry.

If anyone ever says electronic music isn't emotional tell them to check out all the deep-acid that people have been making since the 80s.

Van der Graaf Generator - Pilgrims
King Crimson - Starless
Marillion - Interior Lulu
Änglagård - Jordrök, but that's an instrumental not a song. Hell, pretty much anything by them does it for me
And it is as it is and we take as we find / Always next season's buds on the bough / But I'll never find a better time / Hard though it is to allow / I'll never find a better time / To be alive than now

I find Michael Jackson's Earth Song to be ridiculously intense at the end, his vocal performance is incredible. This video with it playing is great too:
