Those spacemen think the world's disgrace, and me, I agree - I've been living in the place. I'm a believer, a 24-hour fanatic: THIS IS THE VOICE OF AUDIO-AQUATIC.

Shipwreck by Dick Gaughan
The lyrics are here ... http://www.dickgaughan.co.uk/songs/texts/shipwrec.html
... cant find an mp3 .... beautiful song which kinda mixes up emotions in that you feel desperately sorry for the guy ( subject of the song ) in the situation described, and yet he represents so much you wish to destroy.
Gonna play it now ... despite the fact it really minces me emotionally!

Love, reign o'er me - The Who
The Christmas song - Alvin and the Chipmonks {David Seville} - [I realize I'm probally a troubled man to suggest this one, but, I like the break in it and besides those chipmonks had to make a living playing this kind of Italia street music. It's emotional to me.

Try Van Der Graaf Generator -> Pawn Hearts -> Plague of Lighthouse keepers -> We go now, with Fripp on the guitar. Apart from that it cuts the flesh, it's an excellent well designed piece of music which seemlessly modulates through all existing scales.
