Will do. I will let you know. I am definitely buying the Sampletron for starters though.ZombyWoof wrote:I was curious myself as to what I had bought. I feel even better about the purchase now. If you do end up buying, my eSoundz name is also zombywoof
If I had a good quote, I would place it right here!

Even the sounds that overlap are often programmed differently for SampleTron. One thing we did for the tape keys is have a simulated "purist" approach where a macro knob turned all the way to the left (called "Sus" for sustain) makes it last for 8 seconds and then stops and when you turn it all the way to the right it sustains forever looped (non-purist but sure comes in handy sometimes! Most keyboardists wished the original Trons did this). Squids Tron doesn't have that feature BUT it DOES have the original non-looped stuff that has other benefits such as quirky noises on the endings and other artifacts... so some subtle differences there EVEN on the overlap. But, I do realize this isn't clear cut and simple to understand and there's no way to get around some overlap really if you want it all. But, if you had to choose then probably SampleTron is the way to go. Add Squids Tron to it if you just want everything there is in Tronland... although there is always the possibility that we'll cancel Squids Tron at any time so some people might want to get it before that happens. I guess if we cancel it and some people still want it we can dig it up but we've been considering canceling to avoid the confusion. It was supposed to just be a group buy product anyway so... we'll see.
