I look forward to my next computer so I can actually use these wonderful things in my mixes! :(

Cheer up bduffy. Last night I tried these on a non SSE processor and they seem to work very well still :D.

stay juicy!

Oh they work fine, but they take ages to load. That's my only problem with SM right now. They seem to use less CPU than they used to, but I guess that depends on the coder too.

I have been using that NastyLF. I mean, how could you not use "NastyLF"??

I was mixing in another studio recently and I brought with me my most used plugins to feel comfortable doing the job. So among other things I brought Bootsie's FX with me and guess what: They took a loooooong time to load though they load pretty quick on my computer. The obvious difference on the other computer was Cubase!!! Could that be the difference?
Bduffy, try it with Reaper please. to see if that does it.

Sorry, man: that wasn't it. AFAICT, it's my old, single-core machine, which is sputtering to its ignoble defeat.
