There are no plans to add it to a bundle before Christmas.

Just congratulations on such a unique bank. For anyone doing any kind of FX or atmospheric work this bank will be a valuable addition!

I also picked up Digital Synth 4. It made me remember why Rhino has been my favorite synth for years. Something about those filters is just awesome.

This is a phenomenal bank! I've been using it to score some abstract 3D animation I've been doing - it's *perfect* for producing a scary soundtrack (especially things like the baby sounds in a very low register, mixed in the back - almost subliminal in effect). Really good for dark ambient soundscapes as well, or to add a little "kick" to a track.

It's definitely a keeper!

*edit* Here's a chunk of soundtrack work for an animation I'm doing called "Planet X":

Planet X

Almost six minutes long, high-quality MP3 (don't try this on dialup). Four instances of Rhino, each loaded with "Nature and Industry". Composed in Orion Platinum, mixed/finalized in Tracktion. It's not incredibly fancy or even possibly particularly good, but it evokes the proper mood for a scary place, I think!

This is really nice, indeed it evokes a scary feeling, recommended for coming home late at night, maybe slightly drunk, and hearing this loud. Thanks for the example!
I played with the bank now, you can make very nice things with it, scary sounds like woolyloach did, but melodic ones too. Like all of Daniel's banks, they really let Rhino shine

. Nice to see that it is still one of the best synths, and with those soundbanks it constantly gets into new territorium.

Clicking on the N&I icon goes to the Digital Synth 4 page... the text link works ok though.

Woolyloach; thanks again for the nice demo! I'll keep everybody posted on the developement of my next bank. Right now, the new wavesets are in development and a few patches have been created to try them. This one might have some more "disturbing" sounds, too.

Quick update: While working on the new bank there was an idea that popped into my mind. It grew a little stronger every day and eventually eclipsed my original plan for the next release. And, of course, that idea gave more ideas which caused another, slighter course change which caused...

Only a few sounds remain to program and then the refining stage will polish anything rough before release. My goal is to announce something old school in a few weeks. Stay tuned...
