well actually... not everybody is having this problem... I don't, for one - which is why it's so hard to fix this annoyance...

OK, fair enough! Assumptions never helped anyone!
I don't know if this is helpful to you but one thing I have noticed is that the serial number in the registry changes 100% every time I run Angelina!
Maybe fixing that changing problem will fix the overall problem!
And if that doesn't work: How about making a licence file, that resides in the Angelina Root Directory.

...by the way, is there a solution for it yet? It is such a constant problem that my workaround is to keep the info i need to register on a folder that I can reach with 1 click in with "folder guide" (by the way, a windows utility that is highly recommended, saves you a lot of clicking through your explorer). And I named a preset like the info I need
)). But these are workarounds only. If we could do some bug-hunting, I'd be all in for it as my PC suffers from Angelina-alzheimer too

i <3 angelina (& rhino2)
i had this problem for a long time after a system re-install. in other words, i had no problem the first time i installed Angelina, but was vexed the second time. i believe my solution was to register the stand-alone version first. the plugin wouldn't register on its own. in the mean time, i simply took screen shots of the foreground window (Alt+PrnScr) and pasted into paint or a wordpad document.
