According to my tracking info at FedEx, my package was delivered today. But, it is not here.
I suspect FedEX has again delivered to the wrong address. I live on Sixth AVENUE (as my order states), but sometimes things go to Sixth STREET.
I can't find any way to contact FedEX on their website, neither email or phone. Same with eSoundz.
Please let me know how to resolve this.
Thanks.
Update: I found where to send email to FedEX.

Update: Email sent to FedEX giving details they request; waiting for reply.
I expect this will be cleared up with no problem. I'll let you know.
BTW, I found eSoundz customer service contacts. I didn't see them on my members/orders page. They were in the main site menues.

It would be better to contact Submersible, rather thasn eSoundz, as they were the company that despatched your DrumCore.

You can contact either. We're always your first line of support (and we'll make sure the support info is in more places). But true sometimes you can get a faster response going directly to the one who shipped it. Actually the best is to talk to Fedex at that point since they're the ones who supposedly delivered it.DarkStar wrote:It would be better to contact Submersible, rather thasn eSoundz, as they were the company that despatched your DrumCore.

Oh by the way, we really don't like personal transaction details in the forum. If everyone did that it would be impossible to keep track of so those individual issues about shipping etc are best handled directly with esoundz customer support which is (as one might guess) this email: support (at) esoundz (dot) com.

DC was delivered yesterday. My neighbor had picked it up from the porch. Usually he would leave me a phone message, but neglected to do so this time.
FedEX was very quick and helpful.
