Setting Up a Analog to digital Mixer station

I'm trying to get a good system for around 200$ or less that allows me to record multiple inputs and covert to digital and USB.

Behringer 1202 12-Input Mixer
Behringer U-CONTROL UCA202 USB-Audio Interface
Shure PG58XLR Shure PG58XLR Vocal Mic with XLR to XLR Cable
Shure SM57LC Shure SM57 Cardioid Dynamic Microphone

This is the system I had in mind, give or take a mic (I think ill remove the vocal mic cause the dynamic is just better for my needs). Will that work and also if there are other suggestions please feel free to suggest them.
