I have sent you .avi videos with sound and one also showing the keyboard.
I'm not a fool and don't treat me like one here.

Never received them.

I'm not responsible for solving a vsti problem I have never had with any other synth.
I'm done with this.

Just try it's GUI. You won't see any SE "products" that can switch between circular, circular relative, and linear modes.

I made an audio/video .avi of the note hang/cpu pin....but i'm having trouble getting it over to my piece of shit HP net pc.
I'll try again later.

That's the last email I received from you Barry. I replied:

Can you check and make sure you're only sending MIDI to Poly-Ana on
channel 1. In unison mode the other channels are used for guitar
synth, where they each control a separate monophonic synth. When
playing unison/monophonic sounds from a keyboard you'll always want to
use channel 1 only.

I doubt this is your problem but worth checking on just in case.

And if your problem only happens with the editor open, you might want to look at getting latest/greatest videocard drivers. But again, you don't reply to my questions so there's nothing I can do to help you. I'm not psychic and nobody else here has these issues. (If any of you do, let me know please!)

About the e-mails you haven't received...we were corresponding up to 25th.(your last e-mail after I sent you the 1st .avi vid.)

This email I received from you on the 25th was "subject heading" .AVI.
That means you received THAT email with my 1st sent avi!
Other wise it would not say "Re - .AVI.
That makes you less then credable.

For everyone else;
I also re-emailed those two to your support address earlier today.

Your trying to make me look bad here...that's pretty low.

Wow. You just don't know software then Barry. You're being more than a little paranoid.

If anyone else, including me, had this issue, it would be in our best interest to admit it. It's not a big conspiracy against you. But something unique is happening on your machine.

One kvr user claimed to have a bug and you told him the same thing as me. the only differnce here is you found by troubleshooting his prob..after all it WAS a bug and you corrected it in your last update.

Wrong. I helped a KVR user THROUGH a bug, but only because he was willing to work with me to do it because, yes, he had a kind of unique phenomenon happening too.

We can't test for every veriation in every computer system Barry. This is software. But if it was happening to everybody, everybody would be telling me this too. I'm not saying that means I'm going to ignore it, it just means it's VERY hard to do anything about, because I can't reproduce it.

Well I am completely impartial here, but I have to say this after reading these posts:
I have a small problem with the new update, so I mentioned it in this thread.....Within minutes Mike (Admiral Quality) was all over it, helping me in a very courteous way to try and solve it. Several E-Mails later we are still working on it, but the point is that Mike has bent over backward to try and solve my issue which could well be system specific and nothing to do with the Plug.....That is what I call service!
So I for one know who the Pratt is here and it's not Mike!

Just thought I'd say that the new 1.12 receptor version works like a charm in linux via wine. (just like the previous versions btw)
