Palm Mute using Sampletank Question

Just wondered if anyone here has an idea about how I would "palm mute" using one of the electric guitars from the expansion series and using ST 2.5
I fancy transcribing The Green Manalishi (just purchased the sheet music for a dollar (download) and great value).
I'm actually transcribing into Guitar Pro 5 right now, sounds pretty good all things considered, but just for the experience, would like to try in a sequencer (Sonar 6 or Project 5).
Thanks for anyone with any suggestions - may be something really simple but do admit that I haven't tried yet.
