Problems on AlienMachine's Eminent and Solina Ensemble with FLStudio7-8?
I have the solution:
On Fruity Wrapper menú (The second one... yes! it's a little more down) There is an option that says compatibility, here select Use fixed size buffers.
And.. that is!

Wow, I hadn't seen this one yet. I guess I wasn't looking very hard, but still. The Solina ensemble is one of fave's. I use it in sooo many songs. Looking forward to this one too. Thanks!

I too can confirm this behaviour. Total crash, have to kill the process. By using the advice above I get skippy playback. Not very efficient when you consider the quality of this extreme ensemble. And yes I downloaded the Reaktor demo when I heard the demo.

Jobro, the problem has to do with FL Studio not dealing well with ensembles with a frequency setting other than 44Khz. I noticed this with other instruments that crashed as well, they were 22Khz or something else.

Just make sure you load the instrument with Reaktor's On/Off button on Off so it doesn't produce any sound. Change the frequency to 44Khz and then you can activate Reaktor again.

Thanks will do that. And this is the way to do it folks, works like clockwork for me. One thing tho. Could you make one ensemble with a smaller GUI. I cannot run higher resolution than 1024x768.

This is an awesome sounding ensemble - congrats.

One problem - it's glitching like crazy in Cubase 5. Not having issues with other ensembles.... Get to the point where it's generally distorted, and uses more and more processor till it reaches 49% on my dual core. Wondering if there is a loop going on somewhere?
