Thanks mate, i'm glad at least one person liked it. :P

Nice dramatic build up and really dig the swirling scrunchy sounds and leads. The crash/lo open hhat is a bit much at first. Maybe it could hold off until the song has really picked up some momentum. The break (and second half) is some excellent tweaking and sound manipulation, the song really matures after that point. Nice work.

Wow, thank you for being so kind  I really appreciate you taking the time to both listen and comment. I took your advice and didn't bring the crash in until later, but since i'm at the point where all i have is the rendered audio, i had to do it on the cheap (i muted/faded all the remnants of the crash i could, then brought the crashy bit back in, later on.)  So much time has passed since i began using audio tools, i no longer have the excuse of being a noob any more, so i'm resorting to 'idiot' status to justify my inabilities.

Oh, and for those that have an interest in what was used:

FX:
Jeroen Breebart Omniverb
Kjaerhus Classic Limiter
Buzzroom Buzzmaxi 3
ndc Autotrem+
Fruity Love Filter
CLAS
ReaEQ

Synths:
Genesis
Lusus
TAL UNO-62
Sfz (and a soundfont from hammersound, for the percussion)

Just a wee bump, in the off chance someone else wants to have a listen, and missed this.

Very Tron

Oh Rats!
Very Good :D
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

Ok, please find another way of hosting tracks. The player doesn't work for me, and the download lets you stare at ads too long.

At first I thought "my god, how long is he going to repeat riff", but then halfway the track gets more interesting as you build up the sound to rather spectacular intensity. I'd say that from 3:00 on this is great stuff.

Victor.

yup, a slow builder but worth the journey :)

Thank you to all that took the time to listen, i appreciate it, and although i've 'abandoned' this one (and all my others, as per usual ,) i've learned something nonetheless. :P

I'm back to a nice clean slate, no old tracks, no old projects, just as if i'm starting all over again. So, hopefully, the next time i post in the MC, i'll have something a little different to offer. :P

Thank you again. :hyper:
