You could use a sample in Kontakt right out the box and be closer to a <clarinet>, but that probably wasn't the idea. Yeah, it's not quite a 'real' sorta sound, it's not really electronic sounding, it defies my expectation of what the f**k it is 'supposed' to be.
I do think that a lot of your recent Runagate music (particularly in the lead parts) begs for real instruments, and not say Miles'Tone.
EG: I love electronic music, but hate synth drums, unless of course it's blortblort music.
wow!...obviously your flaser kung fu is much better than mine. Everytime I use flaser things go along fine until all of a sudden it reaches critical mass and I start getting feedback the likes of which begin to distort the fabric of reality
