I think everyone who bought BEFORE the special note excluding this plugin was added should get this for free. Those who bought after the note was added(somewhere around August 2006?) should not. How would that not be fair considering the text was there and they agreed to it? At least I'm assuming they did since it was there in the description at a certain point.
Just my pennies from somebody who is not a customer as of yet.

(1)Hands up people who (PFL or not) would be HAPPY TO PAY for this.
(2)Hands up PFL people who want it for FREE AS PART OF THE DEAL.

(3)Hands up PFL people who think they DID NOT get value for money thus far.
(4)Hands up those people who WANT this plugin to be released.
...again IMHO, while this hasn't turned into the all-out flame war it could become I have a sneaking suspicion this thread has Dennis paranoid - I hope not!
TBH - I dont give a flying f**k if I never get any other content as part of the PFL deal, it was GREAT value at the time and remains so. However I do care if Dennis stops developing stuff...

Sorry folks, for not getting back to you earlier! I'm currently redecorating/renovating my flat; thats why i hadn't much time for internet (everything was disconnected for some days) ... I didn't hat much time on the hand working on my plugin in the last days because of that.
And no i'm not pi**** because of the PFL-discussion neither i'm paranoid or something like this now
I thought about the PFL deal again and i think these "customers" will get the AgonyxII for free when it's done. That would be only fair.

Did the discussion about your life time pricing systhem shock you? - no, its a valid discussion
What about AgonyxII know. - it will come for sure!
Any news? - made good progress in designing presets
Any price? - something around $100-$125
Presets done? - approx. 110
Did you give up? -hell, no!
Release time? - one or two months to go

just this morning i was thinking about how nice trivox is. i wonder whatever happened to this taleneted designer. reminds me of another talented designer with some mp3 demos on here. i love his betas too. maybe they're one in the same?
