Sight-Reading Software?

My niece takes piano and voice, but struggles with sight-reading and consequently sight-singing as well. Anyone know of any good software that will help? She does OK within the staffs, but (like me) has to use mnemonic devices for the notes way above and below.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
