Just saw this in the IK Multimedia web shop. "Download Reactivation Credit 14.99 EURO". Does this mean they are now charging to activate your products?

Not quite, it's to reactivate a download not to download an activation.
I saw it when downloading the SampleTron Sounds Library, There is a 30-day grace period for downloading after which you have to purchase the Credit to get the download made available again. But it's a rotten idea - I'll be letting IKMM know my view.

Well, they could just give you only 30 days (or less) and that's it. Not every download site let's you come back and download over and over again. These are large files and cost more in bandwidth etc. So I assume it covers that.
We're not charging though on esoundz for redownloading but I can see why a company would.
