I went ahead and signed up to listen, I dig the track! I'll see about putting some tracks up there myself.

Thanks Justin!

Folks, the regular unencumbered, no strings attached version is still there ^^.

I understand people not wanting to register, which is why I offered both options. I thought the openpot option would be good for those who want to register to upload their own tracks, that's all. :)

great stuff as always, polyslax. I marvel at how well everything sounds. I go back and forth about the disparate elements in this one: - I think I might like the piano pushed back a bit, perhaps lo cut? Feels silly to offer suggestions like that, but may as well be honest about being such a dilettante :) I like the stringed instrument and the whole things sounds polished.

I'm also going to check out openpot, thanks!

Thanks ouroboros! This was a tough one to mix as some parts were really chewing up a lot of room. I took the piano down a notch for this mix, but maybe it could stand to go down a bit more - thanks for your thoughts. :)

Piano sounds great and the instrument coming in around 3.30 is awesome. I'm not too excited about the synth sounds but I know it's part of what makes this piece so organic so it's all good. :D
I really loved the beat, so laidback. Not sure if it's the same all through the song but it never got boring for me.

Cheers core! Well, this track seems to have fallen a bit flat with listeners... so it goes... glad you liked some of it anyhow, and I'll see about building some new synth patches for my next outing. :)

Taking a chance that maybe the openpot address was confusing folks. I've excised it and I'll send this through the ringer one more time.

At first I wasn't so keen on this track but as it develops, it improves.
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

I really don't know if I should like or dislike this track. So much going on in it, but: This track is completely your unique style so I like it even tho the choices of sounds are a tad bit overwhelming from time to time.

i'll have to say this is not my favourite polyslax tune, but it's still a great track.

Hmmm... interesting, ok, we may be getting somewhere - overwhelming sounds... I'm still a bit puzzled, but thanks for the feedback!

It's hard to find your limits, my friend - one day I hope to find out if you have boundaries... 'til then, thanks! :)

Cheers iDumi! The only thing I can see that sets this track apart from a number of my others is a fairly static, ungroovy beat. Maybe that's what is throwing people?
