This reminds me of a bunch of YouTube videos that popped up last year (sadly not available) where someone had overdubbed live video of guitar royalty such as Joe Satriana and Steve Vai with their own deliberately crap playing. The best part was that the overdubbed playing was done to look like it was perfectly timed with the video, so that it actually looked like it could be the actual audio.
