Problems with IL site/videos

Hi,
I know this is not probably the correct place but I cannot post a message on the fl official forums for reasons I do not know.
I have FL Studio 8 (had FL since 6) and I am having problems viewing any video tutorials - I have created an account, but still cannot see the full video. There is a part in my profile page which advises to enter any 20digit IL serial numbers - I don't have one of those, only the original myFLStudio username and password. Do I enter that in the little box?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Rich

If you have an account at the IL website, you may find it better to submit a ticket about this problem here:

Sorry but that ticketing thing is rubbish - I clicked on 'Add New Issue' but it took me through to a search of the knowledge base. I am getting a little peed off now. All I want to do is access the video tutorials!
I have an account, which I log on to to try and access the videos and forum (to post) but still cannot access the videos - I must be doing something wrong. Please can someone help me?
Cheers

Yes, the idea is that for most problems, people can find the solution in the knowledgebase.cb8rwh wrote:Sorry but that ticketing thing is rubbish - I clicked on 'Add New Issue' but it took me through to a search of the knowledge base. However, if that's not the case, there is an option to submit a ticket (don't know where exactly as I can't actually see that page myself).
Does your account have any product licenses associated with it?I have an account, which I log on to to try and access the videos and forum (to post) but still cannot access the videos - I must be doing something wrong. Please can someone help me?

Thanks for getting back to me reflex. I honestly don't know if my acount has any products associated with it. I am guessing not, which is probably causing the problems - as I get you cannot post as you aren't an image-line customer - honest I am
It looks like the only place you can register products is in your profile page - it asks you to enter a 20digit serial for any product. I don't have a 20 digit serial for FL Studio, only the original username and password mailed to me when I first bought it.
Were serials mailed out when you guys transferred to the new system? I may have missed out if that is the case.
Cheers

Did you purchase anything from us?
If you did, it's probably a matter of merging both accounts (the new one you made and the old one that has the products).
But again, the ticketing system is the way to go for that.

Yeah I bought FL Studio - was version 5 or 6 when I bought it, hence getting lifetime upgrades. I will have to try and somehow get the ticketing system to work.

Let me know if you don't succeed.
