I'm getting constant Bandwidth message, "The bandwidth or page view limit for this site has been exceeded and the page cannot be viewed at this time. Once the site is below the limit, it will once again begin serving as normal"

That maximizer deals very well on transient-fueled material, thank you Aradaz 
So, the "character" parameter acts as the "release" parameters of most limiters, right ?
Which values are the "character" units ? Milliseconds ?
About the vumeter : the top one is input, and the bottom one is output, right ?

I like it because it deals very well with transients and keep the dynamic of the song.
