I just want to say thank you Allen at esoundz :tu:

Once again esoundz have proven to be one of the best at customer care. (in par with Universal Audio btw...imho).

There's very few companys (companies?) that goes above and beyond trying to please a customer.

Most forums have a majority of complaints/whining when it comes to customer service, (but not this section, wonder why 8) ) and it's a well known fact that an unhappy customer spreads the word 100 times more than a pleased customer.

So I thought, this time I would publically give my appreciation in a forum.

Thanks. It's always nice to hear. We're glad to offer great service and our customer loyalty is subsequently as good as you could hope in business. It amazes me whenever I see a company act like they don't need the business or not care enough to make SURE the customer is happy as best they can. But, yes, as a consumer myself it is nice to see when I see it. Even just today I tipped a waitress 30% because she was so nice and the service was fast too and good prices in the first place.

Anyway, we're proud to be a company you can count on and feel safe you'll be taken care of by actual humans who listen and can make decisions (and don't just say "sorry sir" and you have to ask for a supervisor... yuck what a waste of time that is... we've all been there). Plus we're uncommonly generous with epointz and free shipping etc. I like that though. We see the big picture and aren't trying to squeeze every dollar out of every customer. We'd rather give you more for you money and have you come back.

Another Allen fan here as well. He's gone out of his way more than once to help me.

+ a lot. Allen is great, have had many great experiences with him and other esoundz folks. He even asked me to call to get something taken care of even faster, which I was surprised to see. Of course, he took care of the issue as usual.

Allen is really great. One of the best support managers we've had over the years even though I think everyone in support and sales at esoundz goes by the same philosophy of customer care. However, Allen also has one more plus which is that his wife makes REALLY good gumbo. ;)

Allen's the man... Always considerate and pleasant, but best of all, he gets it right the first time! No duhs, uhmms, aahs, hold on let me ask my manager, the check's in the mail....... :D :band2:

And, though I could do it, I'm not so sure I want to hit Florida this time of year (heat and hurricanes!). So nix that, even for "pickup only" :)
