I see where you're coming from, and i understand why you're mad, but clearly he didn't mean any disrespect. Would he be posting it in this forum, the one you started? If he really ment disrespect, he'd be using another GUI and charge money for it, which he didn't. I think this is one of those things you need to sleep a night over, take the throttle back a bit and reflect.

Either way, good luck with the sequencer! Hope you find it in your heart to pick up the thread on those wonderful new toys again.

Why don't you guys let ddummer do whatever he wants? I don't get all this impatience to see his new plugs, you might spoil him with it...

He's obviously having some serious mood swings so we should all let him find his piece of mind. I'm sure that if and whenever he releases something he will want to let us know.

I'm really, really sorry with what I've started. My honest apologizes to Daniel. I removed it from my website and I am currently removing any reference from the open source project as well.

If you take my apologize and promise, that I will never ever do this again, can you forgive me then? I was in fact a non-thinking ape, who now regrets it now. I'm sometimes not clear in my head, when I'm working too fast on some things. I should have slept at least a night over it. I should have at least send you a mail prior to the release. I'm very sorry,

Yeah, it reminds me of when Great Mazinger was made available in North America. It had buttons you could press and his hands would fly off. So cool. But then some dork kid stuffed the hands up his nose and got hurt. Yeah I might come across as a mental or something but trust me I'm not really pissed or anything.

But you got to understand that this is a hobby that I do in my spare time
and if I don't find it fun I won't do it, I'll do something else instead,
shift the interest to remain.... sane.

edit: and also if somebody else would get a treat like this, wouldn't he also experience a "mood swing"?

I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to suggest you are a mental. Actually it seems more like a childish behaviour (from all sides) to me.
I mean, people begging you to release something, and all this teasing from your side, etc.
When it's all very simple, as you've already said it's just a hobby, so why do you have to give reports of when you're practising your hobby? And why should anyone care about it?
We have tons of excellent plugins (including yours), and there's no reason to press you produce anything more. Like I said, if and whenever you release something I'm sure you will let us know. Until then, I don't see any point in this ongoing discussion.
I hope I'm not misunderstood.
