Well whatever, what I mean is that MicroTerra should have no place in this thread because it is in fact warez, regardless of the fact it is infected or not.

If MicroTerra is Ok, then Tasman MTM or Tassman Keys should also be, as well as Zebralette and probably some others such as stuff found only in certain CM issues.

Mmmh no, no one shared those ones but their status is no different than MicroTerra so someone, such as me for example, could have done it as MicroTerra was branded free by posters who full-well knew it actually was not.

And btw, your arguments about LEGAL non-Legal sites are nonsensic IMO. What matters here is whether such or such download is legal or not regardless whether the site is a warez site or not.

Certainly not and I did this to avoid getting it locked, between you and me. As already said, by creating a precedent with MicroTerra without moderators saying no no, the door was opened for the others to be uploaded as well and the thread for being finally locked.

why should we need ALWAYS to get a mod to sort out of arguments?

I simply felt they were not doing the job they usually do in other threads and I pointed it out. So consider maybe that I have been the moderator here and that I avoided a multiplication of such links that could have led to a lock.

BTW gentlemen, although i have very different opinions about that, lets avoid to get hardons to the thought-police ...in such cases lets keep it pvt or on the raiders' group pages, please

i haven't seen it....if micro terra's developer had an issue with it being on sites in other countries than the us or whatever with different laws, i have no doubt they woulda bitched at burnie or more likely asked him to desist.

i personally hooked osiris up a week ago with his missing aqua synth so he could have it back in his personal collection.

i fuckin love all ya'll here, and have personally gone outta my way to try and recover things and contact missing developers and stuff...

anybody else get adware warnings on bojo's stuff?
aSquared tried to lock 'em up....seems fine once installed!!!!

only seems to happen on organ 1 and impulse....
i think it is the installer thingie that triggers it, seems like the same kind of installer (at least it looks the same) triggers a lot of false positives...

Wow, Conviction is one thing but it comes off a little petty and needy. To call on mods with crying and help emoticons and go off on a moral crusade against minor issues that are easily resolved is just annoying to see in such a great thread. I have never seen warez on this thread and one questionable synth was easily resolved by simply talking but to go on a piss like a few pages back..

yeah i meant no animosity towards you eidenk really i didnt, i understand the concern. However we all seem like decent folk and i try to practice what i preach (nothing to do with relgion!) but morales and principles and well i apologize fully if you were ticked off to my post. If you look at it really its the total opposite of warez really as the major hardwork has gone into reviving freeware which seemed to vanish of the interweb totally. I can not take any credit for doing the hardwork but when i click a link and all i see is tons of question marks and a single downloadable .Zip or .exe file it reminds me of how anti-warez the whole thing thread actually is, if you think about it like that then thats how i am viewing the whole thing. (i dont have the terra either so im klean )

Went out and bought CM 129 as a result of this thread, and the post a ways back where someone (NEKRO.MACHINE) actually took the time to list what you get with any current issue--meaning all the early CM synths, etc.

For $16 USD, well worth it for the 20% of the stuff on it that I wanted. Still warez-free here and no intention of changing.
