Here's a little piece I call "like failed simile." There are some further mixings I'd like to do but I've run out of cpu so here it is, nascent. I'll tuck in here late at night to hide my "prolific" period :hihi: I was inspired by the Miraba thread. As always, I appreciate your time :)

you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

Wow, very cool mix of styles and feels.

HAHAHAHAHA!

Is this art sog night and I missed out?
Wicked.

I don't know what you mean by "inspired by Miraba" but you seem to have found a middle ground amongst the sounds of the participants! Exceedingly excellent, tail-biter!

You look so suspicious of the machine in the pic above. It's no use hiding; we're onto you!

Awesome work ouroboros! I love juxtapositions like this, and you've done a really tasteful job of it.

Me too ;-)
Is this an "official" contribution to my project ?
If yes why you don't mention it in the title or in my thread ?
I almost missed this one and I have no possibility to listen to the track at the moment ... but I will ;-)
In the meanwhile you can think of the "inspiration by Miraba" (me :)) !
If all contributors would had put her tunes in hiding I'd have had hire an assistant to find them :D

Will come back to ya !

Well, this is pleasingly odd. I like the bit that goes 'klang' best.

So .. had the chance to listen to your track and I must say: COOL ;-)
Interesting mélange of sounds and noises !
Like a trip to the inside of an old computer of the 50s (the picture did remind me of a documentary where the evolution of comps was shown, with one of the first one's filling out a whole room ... been able to add and subtract ... crazy if you think about that :D)

Would be cool if this is your contribution to my project ... inspired by "Les Multiprétatives Visages d'Innocence" .. if not choose another painting and be as creative as with this one ;-)

Please clear it up :)

thanks Benedict, I'm glad. Feel no shame about indecision in the face of mediocrity :)

thanks shamann, always glad for the listen and glad it entertained. I feel like I'm getting a bit better at making sounds I actually intend.

that may be the best summation of my style yet: equal parts bizarre, pop and off-kilter, thanks :) Where is the quote from? I dig it.

Hi drumity,
my apologies  I did not intend to make you hunt anything down. I was inspired by the Chemin de Verite picture (considering duality of truth, hence the melange of sounds) but I lost the nerve as I believed that the project was closed, and I chose a picture not originally listed on accident that seemed conceptually interesting (it's why I'm a bad poet- I always abstract things instead of focusing on details!). When I was unable to finish some mixing I just decided to post it up and never followed through with your thread. I didn't want to make a nuisance of myself, though it seems I have.

it's an age old story: failure of nerve :hihi:
Feel free to use it if you wish, and thank you for your gracious words :)

No need to ! Just keep cool ;-)
The project isn't closed and will not be soon 'cause there will be some tracks and videos ... so no need to pressure :)
Did I understand it right you was inspired by "Chemin de Verité" first and the existing track is inspired by "Les Multiprétatives Visages d'Innocence" ?
I can choose it of course, but you should be willing to be a part of the project ;-)
Otherwise I am glad my paintings did inspire you, but as a contributor you will be a part of the DVD and the portfolio .. so please let me know what's your intention !
