What I'd like to know ist what differences you hear between the versions and which version you prefer, not only in this, but also in the other files (I know many would prefer not to hear this file at all :-)). And for what reasons.
Thanks!
Wusikstation Jazz edition?

Come on, isn't it obvious? :-)

Microwave 1?

Only the file I explicitly described to actually contain sounds made via the Microwave1.

DX7, or any DX or TX family, or FS1R?

Or FM8, if software?
Peace, my friends. I'm not seeking arguments here. ;)

Is it hard or soft?

Maybe double 6 (other possible candidates but as they all have reverb on bord  )

By the way, I do absolutely not understand, what you meant with "copy .. original .. bla".

What is what now, in which file we hear what and what is what of?!?
A little bit more precise formulating would be helpful.

Some of the examples definetly sound very nice in my opinion.

You got it right! Congrats! The e-piano made sure of it, ey? :-)
And the other one is the FM7.

This little TX7 I paid less than 40 bucks for can put nice analog beasts to shame. I sold my TG-77 because I prefered the sound of this one. It's a lot of fun to play because it reacts very 'alive' across the keys and at different velocities. Every hit sounds slightly different as well (so you can do stereo by recording the same track twice). The sound has a solidity to it, nice articulate attacks, a fine tonal balance (no harsh resonances). It fits great in mixes.

I cannot say the same about the emulation. And converters cannot account for all of this.

So, I'd like to know, what differences do you hear? Which version do you prefer in the files with both synths (the order isn't always the same)?

Anyway, I really recommend this synth for all types of electronic music. Just stay away from the Rhodes. :-) Get it at your local flee market.

Here's the sysex file, many FM-plugins can load this I think:

The sounds used are Softspace4, Hong Kong, Steel and BassPiano.

Na, I assumed DX7 when I heard the last example, but I remembered you have a TX7 :).
(I see I was some seconds late with my post)
