Ode Bee is another one of those crappy orchestral-sounding things done in a style befitting the jerk I am.
as per usual, I'll probably keep changing the track all week, as I don' feel finished with it.
Using:
Le Piano
Kanum
Phazac Osc Ploy
StringZ2
Cosmogirl II
samples of "grain, tossed into bucket" by xoxos
gong sample from Herodontus
Bee Ode is the point where I'm tossing this and starting over

hey thanks for listening, slowormsloworm wrote:i think it is cute in a twisted way.
...say, I don't 'do' myspace but would like to listen to your music sometime.
Perhaps if you loaded a version on box.net or one of those other free file-hosting services.
Then you could do a 'direct link' to the mp3 or ogg file (but alas, not with box.net) It would show up in the KvR music tracker thingy.

if that meant it was ok, then ok, if not then yep, I ain't finished, but I'm still wracked about it's structure and that 'quick bookend' thing irks me.mellotronaut wrote:what can i say, Bill¿ ... your stuff is from somewhere else ... sometimes i think, there is nothing better, sometimes i think, huuiii, this came out too early and sometimes it's just perfect for the sleepless nite: now, yes¡

Le Piano is wonderful for certain types of plinking, but this one needs a "grand" grand
...or even a Baldwin.!
or, as I'm slowly doing, replacing the piano with a different approach.
ahhh, what a hobby.... tonight I'm fighting with the sound of the ocean, as waves are rolling in at heights of 2-3 meters.

Hey Bill, it's much more than ok! great music
... heavy weather here too ... cat woke me up at four, couldn't sleep anymore now it's about six here
a Baldwin in a camper would be nice: you could play with your bottom while driving!

you're not the only one, but you must admit, a piano has more back-appeal!
