Does the SynthEdit current slow devellopement is stopping you from putting out new products? The much talked dual-core issue seems to be the main un-solved issue, did you had feedback regarding this issue with customer. Personnaly I didn't had any problems running multiple instance of M42, StringSynth & Algon on my Pentium D system.

No, that was not slowing developemnt as much as my 'day job' of working for Camel Audio, and personnel health issues( I had a heart issue, which I am getting help on now..had a 2 day hospital stay, but finding out it's other things as well..like GERD, and other stuff). Boris works much faster then I do, and he is giving me betas to try..but it's usually a long time to develop a finished product from beta to completed presets and manual, docs, and setting up the shop stuff.
Thanks for your patience.

Feel better soon, Tim. My wife was diagnosed with GERD after a long (and victorious) battle against bone cancer. It's one of the post-operative things we've had to learn to manage.tconrardy wrote:Hi SampleScienceSampleScience wrote:Does the SynthEdit current slow devellopement is stopping you from putting out new products? We shall see orchestral machines with a thousand new sounds, with thousands of new euphonies, as opposed to the present day's simple sounds of strings, brass, and woodwinds. -- George Antheil, circa 1925 ---

Sad to know about your heart issue. Having a good health is very important. Hope you'll recover soon.
M42 is my favorite virtual instrument, I should really do a preset bank with a new sf2 to go with it. I have a couple of ideas for it that never was done before (using field recordings for example).
Looking foward future AlgoMusic's VST instruments!
