I don't know Phrazor, but I'm going to download them both.

Cubase constantly don't like my plugs, but I'm used to that. I'll have a license here and will check that out. It worked during development, but sometimes a small change at the end might blow the whole thing up.

Hey Christian,

Just tested this out and it runs fine in Sonar until oversampling is engaged. The minute that happens it quickly start to cause loud (between +40 and +90 dbfs) pops/low frequency buffer noises. What I did:

1. Started playing with NoNameEQSplitted on a track
2. It ran fine
3. Turned on oversampling, still no problems,
4. Turned oversampling up to 6x
5. Loud spike of popping noises
6. Disabled effect, turned oversampling off
7. Turned effect back on, everything was fine

I think it might be some of the filters which cause this, as it looks like the tone of the noise can change if I mess with the filters.

Hi,

I just updated the splitted Noname-EQ version.
It shouldn't give that strange noises anymore (neither feedback nor loud something). I'm not 100% sure, but at least I found a bug that was related.

Furthermore I updated the GUI to match the plugin's GUI. Also I fixed the M/S processing being 6dB too loud.

It still hasn't been optimized, so it uses over two times more CPU compared to the normal version.

Have fun,

Christian

Wow I love NonameEQ, the UI is great! Large knobs, no space wasted on a display  Do you plan to implement a steeper highpass filter? Right now it's pretty much the only thing that separates it from the ultimate transparent tracking EQ :)

Great plugin, thanks :tu:

Right now I don't plan to add more features to this tool. If you miss steep filters you can have a look at my other EQ 'Electri-Q', which has all kind of different filters (about 200 different types within the full version). I'd like to keep Noname-EQ as simple as possible.
Anyway, you can consider a donation and I'll see what I can do.
