Download server speed problems, but plan B

We experienced problems with our download server system and it happend that downloads where very slow or even stucked. The reason is a bad server performance while temporary traffic overloads. It's not us, but we share the system with others and obviously the server access is high at this moment.

Although we can't do anything there for now we are very sorry for this and decided a plan B to assure fast and reliable data submission. Files are also uploaded to a second download system and if someone reports download trouble we can help with a second chance to provide the data.

As we found out that our download server system seems to be still very slow and unreliable we moved the entire data of several gigabytes to another one which I called Plan B in the above posting. As always we can send download links for our products though, but this server is just for the moment because the download pages have banners and probably unwelcome pop-ups although we pay for the data hosting. New downloads might be delayed for a couple of minutes before starting downloading the next package of a splitted data file. All this is not good.

Today we decided to go to a new server to make the downloads convenient as it was before. This will need a little while to upload all the data GBs though and we want to thank everyone for the patience in this issue.

If someone dislikes the current downloads we can offer to send the data on CD/DVD at no extra charge for shipping, no matter if it's overseas.

Thanks again for understanding the situation and we are working as quick as possible to make it same convenient as it was before our prveious server system got in slow speed trouble.

Update info:

We started with the installation of our own download server system today and it will be officially online with the entire data uploaded next tuesday.
