Hi !

Thank you for your bug fixes and improvments .

I think I found one new issue, though :(

When I create or edit an existing shape, it seems I'm limited to about 20 points, cannot add another, it's like I'm editing bezier params from the preceding point.

I may then delete points, add new ones ... till I reach this limit.

May you reproduce the problem and see what's wrong ?
If not, I may write down a link to a faulty knob file ...

Thank you very much !

Regards,
Art.

sorry, this is a current limit by design. i have not expected so complex shapes are needed. though complete removal of this limitation is hard, i can extend the limitation. do you think the 3 times 60points is enough or not?

Hi,

Thank you for your answer and proposal.

For what I wanted to draw (a repeat button), I was about 6 points from the goal, without any optimizing of the existing ones (using 1 point with bezier instead of 3 points to make a simili curve).
So:
1) I thought it was a bug, that's why I wrote this message
2) I think I can do without any correction, forcing myself to use bezier curves
3) If you intend you extend array limits / string size, sure, twice should be fine, three times would be over any "normal drawing" ;-)

Thanks a lot for your software and support !
Best regards from France.

Nice, man. Thanks. I've been going through the files and studying how you put the knobs together. I'm learning a lot.

More than expected ...
It's very kind of you buiding a version, just for me :)
I'm confused.
Thank you very much, deeply appreciated.
My repeat button is exactly the way I imagined.

I've made some knobs, some are not finished and some are even crap (most actually ;) ). Like it or not, here they are: http://stashbox.org/264843/lf_knobs.zip

Hey, I need some help from you Knobman vetrans. I'm trying to make a simple dial knob. The trouble is that the finger inset's shadow isn't working out right:

The problem is that the shadow position inside the finger inset rotates as you turn the knob. I think it should stay fixed.

Here is the actual knob file:

I'd appreciate any help, thanks. :)

I think you shouldn't use the emboss action for this, try with the shadow options at the bottom instead.
