Hey guys !

Here is my contribution to my project ;-)

PIANinO RubALTO - Chemin De Vérité (Rondo minore) (Piano + Sax)

PIANinO RubALTO
~ Saxophon: Benny S.
~ Composition, Piano, Mixing: Daniel A.

The inspiration behind is multicomplex !
The painting "Chemin De Vérité" has different approaches to get the point of live !
But also the painful loss of a friend, as well in the recent past the move of a student of me and this little piano piece I made her as a present :)

I played the piano and the tune will be completed yet with saxophone and cello/double bass !
But I thought it stand also for itself and it's the first state of the tune, which will growing yet !
I hope you'll enjoy ;-)

EDIT:
New Version with saxophon played by a musician dude ! Have fun !

Yes i did enjoy it, a fresh song.
Like you said, the piano stands for itself, so be carefull not to drown it in the future.
Adding lyrics would propably be a better idea then over doing it with additional ideas.

Thanks Kara !

Glad you like it ;-)
But some lyrics would be too much, 'cause the piano is quite busy and a singer wouldn't have much space ... but a fundament with a cello or a double bass would enrich the tune and make it phatter :)

Thanks J. !
I'm happy you like it and me too I am curious about the cello work :)
I will write a cello voice and not for nothing I once studied the thoroughbass (basso continuo), so I hope I'll still dig it :D

I think that the best of this track is the way it closes and reopens all the time. Great one Drumity.

Thank you very much artepobre ! ;-)
There are many fermata' in the piece, which is also referred to as "molto rubato" :)
So to close and reopen is up to your feeling and you will play this tune each time different ... that's the way it has to be ;-)

Thanks for all who have listened and you can comment also ... that's by all means allowed :D

Last bump before the saxophon will be added ;-)

Drumity, with regard to your 'set paintings to music' project: where can I send the wav-files for you to burn the DVD/CD with?
