I'd like to say, on the 2-month anniversary of being "awarded" status as a beta tester, that I don't want to anymore. There's been no communication (except 'stand by'), no nothing. Again.

I'm not really interested either, because I have an acoustic and wasn't impressed with the demos and so I won't be a motivated tester.

I'm putting this in the public thread because I think you should explain to other people (who might actually be waiting for this thing) what's taking so long.

Midiworks, I hope you accept this as my resignation as beta waiter. I'm out.

C:
Tune your guitars please.
Add your KVR name to the file/s you send.

Sorry, Rene, I never got the file to you. For some reason I have barely touched my guitars in ages. My intention was noble, but I need to break through to another guitar phase before I can contribute.
I hope the project is still going on unless you decided to stall or halt for your own reasons.

I've never been convinced of acoustic modelling for electric guitars..even the Boss pedal AC-3 still sounds like an electric to me... I would rather use the real thing or a sampled acoustic..

Yeah, that Boss pedal and the on-board piezo pickups people are putting on electrics thinking they actually sound like an acoustic (I remember seeing Rush when Alex Lifeson went that route and it may have been convenient but sounded like tinny shite) are nasty.
