Yes they are. He made a couple of other chippy synths NeoRetro for example is fun, Neon Black is fun, and for strange noises the two Hands of Darkness synths are great. I'd try as many as you can get your hands on some are misses but most of them are good.

Another mixed bag of non-vst goodies. I hope there are not too many repeats.

NEKRO.MACHINE wrote:Wow jimi your back in Hyperblast linkage mode (all good mate :tu: )

Bio2MIDI is awesome for generating crazy sequences then abuse your vsti's with (just import the midi file) tis good for demoing synths (well thats what i use it for due to a lack of keyboard controller so i use the generated file and loop it in ableton and then twist, turn, click, slide on the synth and see whats what)

*Yeah i know live lets me use my QWERTY keyboard to control synths but its difficult to meddle with settings whilst playing the keyboard*

I must pickup a controller keyboard

Any recommendations anyone?

Im going to buy this http://www.alesis.com/usbprodrumkit -

For all the drum software i have (EZDrummer and all the EZX expansion kits and Superior Drummer 2, Battery 3...etc, so i got that part of things sorted as its cheaper than the drumkit and cymbals i was going to go for and room acoustics will not be a problem  so i can work from home eventually)

But im lost on what to buy as a controller keyboard :help:
(these wont be used by just myself either so i have to bear that in mind!)

any suggestions from synthesist's/pianist's/Organist's...etc would be much appreciated :D

Thanks for the fresh meat jimi and i will speak to you soon mate
yah, bro, that bio2midi is neat...the giraffe example on the page kinda even sounds like a giraffe, i mean if ya could play one...

man...i think i need a break from this!!

bro, if buying a controller, make sure it has a shit load of knobs and sliders...and all mappable.

at least 9...

why 9, you ask?

cuz then ya can sim the drawbars on a hammond organism!!

cheers jimi, i think i got that covered as currently this my main audio interface and it works as a midi control surface (i got it cheap):

http://www.m-audio.com/images/global/me ... ix_top.jpg

so i have a novation remote sl controller in mind, like this but bigger and more pots/encoders and sliders:

 anyway i think you more than deserve a break man :tu:

Speak too you soon jimi
