ALv2 upgrade vs AL 1.5+

Hi All,
maybe I missed it somewhere, but it appears that this is an "either or" scenario:

either
I can have Augustus Loop2 installed on my PC
or
I can have AL 1.5+ installed on my PC

I've purchased the upgrade to v2, but the Lic manager does not appear to "allow" me to have BOTH v2 and 1.5 registered?

v2 works just fine and all...I was more curious about this than anything...
can you guys confirm that the "either/or" is by design?

(excellent upgrade! while I've not even scratched the surface, just having the waveform visual is really handy to having a much better overview )

Yup, it's either or. Version 2 is preset-compatible with older versions, so there doesn't seem to be any need to use both.

If you do ever need to go back, you can just restore your v1.5 serial number (e.g. via regedit).
