No, it's not working.
One more question:
When there's a new script, is there something new that appears in augustus, or in his preferences?
Or is it just available but "behind the scene"?
Unfortunately I haven't iChat on my laptop, I never used it so I just trashed it.
With my augustus v1.7 or something like that (in Live) I use a simple self made pedal that goes into the expression input of my controller, which input is programmed to send note on 84 (for the augustus record).
I assume that, with the v2 and the script, I don't have to do anything else to make the thing works? No?
It should work with my v1 configuration no?
(And sorry for my awfull english)

No, but from the example.lua script you'll see a debug output in the Console viewer (as mentioned in the manual) - the result of the 'print' statement near the top of the script.mulot wrote:When there's a new script, is there something new that appears in augustus, or in his preferences?
I'm not sure what you mean by "note on 84 (for the augustus record)". Tap Record in AL is on MIDI CC 92. So not "note on" and not "84"!mulot wrote:With my augustus v1.7 or something like that (in Live) I use a simple self made pedal that goes into the expression input of my controller, which input is programmed to send note on 84 (for the augustus record).

You're right. My pedal sends the cc92 in my augustus v1. All those numbers just f**ked my head.I'm not sure what you mean by "note on 84 (for the augustus record)". Tap Record in AL is on MIDI CC 92. So not "note on" and not "84"!
But with this script in v2, the "note on 84" should replace the cc92, am I right?
I programmed my pedal to send "note on 84" in the scripted v2. Now when I hit it, it should start record, then second hit should stop record, third enables overdub... right?

I have a look to the console.log.
When I launch augustus in Live, the console says that the script is running.
So it should work. But no no no.

I didn't put this little stars inside the sweet word!!!All those numbers just f**ked my head.

Holy stars!! It works!
Why?
Because I entered this insane 84 in the "programm" data instead of the LSB one in my controller thing (Enigma).
I had a nice patch for the v1, but now it would be easier. It smells like upgrade spirit.
Thanks for your help Os.
And thanks for your great plug-ins.
