Yes I have it's called freebee and it is an old-school TB-303 emulation. It sounds rather terrible. I don't know why you would want it though when there are way better Free standalone TB-303 Emulations in the form of Rebirth and Rubberduck with way way way better sound and distortion? Unless you are looking for a very very Lo-Fi Aliasing as Hell, Distorted, Glitchy and Noisy sound it is pretty much crap in my opinion. It does have it's uses though if that is what your after. And the biggest Plus is it hardly uses any CPU at all only like 1.0% or something around there. But anyway you asked for it so here it is. Enjoy.ThunderDrums wrote:Does anybody know if the free stand-alone 303 clone from the developers of Audiorealism is still available? It had a much nastier take on the 303 and I loved that distortion. It was the predecessor of their 'Bassline or ABL'
Cheers

AFAIK all the payware Darkware and Novuzeit stuff is now free but exist only in source form which can be downloaded from this thread :
http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... highlight=
The Darkware freebies are hosted on Gersic.
http://www.gersic.com/plugins/hosted/da ... kware.html
That's about it I think.

Years ago, maybe even 10 years ago, I bought a liscence for something called "FX 1.0" or something like that, from some guy in GB IIRC. Great modular synth, never found anything with the instant-gratification FM feedback capabilities of the thing.
Anyone remember this? What happened to it? I had a few softsynths on diskettes, including the first VaZ.

Pinkjimi, in reply to you query about the Istvan Kaldor pages on the wayback machine a few pages back, I don't think there is anything VST listed there that is not already in the archive that can be downloaded from that thread on Gersic :
http://www.gersic.com/plugins/forum/viewtopic.php?t=194
The other zips we can see listed on the wayback machine are apparently SynC Modular patches. I have been able to download a couple of them and that's what they were.
Nonetheless I found two very rare items by Istvan Kaldor on my hard disks that I am not aware are available or even mentioned anywwhere.
One is an utility midi plug called SideChain and the other is a very interesting standalone application from 2002, a sample generator called WaveCalc that allows to generate samples from mathematical expressions.
I haven't got the slightest clue whatsoever as to where and when I downloaded those from.
I have upped them for everyone's pleasure and entertainment :

If anyone's good at maths, please make and share some presets
