Unfortunately, most of the stuff on that CD-r is still available on the web. Like Elogoxa, mda, etc.
I'm gonna clean up my vault thoroughly this weekend, may find some more though; will share of course.

exactly!! i finished only 2 days ago to clean all the damn removable HDs, gosh if i watch another AV screen i think im going to puke....

They are all missing apart from prob.

Soundkill is not the same as Soundkillsemiauto. And there is also a minisoundkill which I have. I have found a screenshot of soundkill :

The same probably holds for quiet and quietXL.

I have PMed Runagate about those plugs as I picked this list from a post of his. We'll see if he's going to answer.
