Reg Question

I know this is not for FL Studio questions, but if you READ THE POST you will understand that I don't know where else to put it. Please don't just ignore this or delete this; tell me where else I can ask this if the question can't stay here.

I have used FL Studio for almost 2 years now, and I registered it once before. However, my reg key ran out like 4 months ago. You'd think it would be easy, just go to the site and get a new one. But its not.

I don't remember my registration information, and I try going to their help page. Nothing is helpful. I try going to post something on the Image Line forums, but it says its only open to Image Line customers. And I am one.

However it asks for my email address and password. I tried entering in all the possibilities I could remember. After this didn't work, I tried to send the forgotten password to my email account. But it says my email adress is incorrect. I really just don't know what to do, it is extremely exasperating. I paid for this thing, and now I can't really even use it.

This kind of pisses me off. I have no idea what to do, and I am getting so fkcuing frustrated. PLEASE HELP ME! I am so tired of this.

Try filling out a new ticket using the original email and a new password and see if someone @ IL can find your original registration?

They can probably find it using your address, etc.
